Phase 3

Phase 3 of the new Gy-roll machine shop has now been completed. We have commissioned 2 Quaser MV154P CNC machining centres and 1 Colchester A90 cnc lathe with bar feeder. Director Ian Jones said that these latest acquisitions will further enhance Gy-rolls reputation as the world leaders in the manufacturer of multi-spindle drilling and tapping heads

He added that Gy-roll would keep investing in machinery/and people to make sure that Gy-rolls name and products would continue to dominate the drilling head market.

Technical/sales manager John Hedington also added that the investment was needed to keep up with extra demand for Gy-roll heads. Asia has recently become a big market for Gy-roll heads with many enquires and sales. This has taken us by surprise so the natural response is to invest in modern machinery/and people to help increase output.
